Dr. Friedberg took the time to ask the right questions to get to know me as a new patient. He was pleasant and explained in detail the procedure that he was recommending. Dr. Friedberg listens and displays great concern with his patients before and after the procedure providing information and answering questions. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable.
Dr Friedberg is very polite and listened to my concerns patiently, I think I have found a great doctor, as we age we need to find a professional that cares for us and he certainly does.
Dr. Feinberg rushed me through an appointment and told me it was my fault for being late. He was unaware that my doctor, who had been with the practice for a long time, had retired. He had not look f at my files beforehand. I expected to be welcomed and find a new gastro doctor who would take the time needed to get to know a new patient. He became less rude when I said something. It was not a good experience.
Demonstrated kindness and care throughout the visit. Felt like the doctor listened and checked in on what he was hearing from me. Very positive experience. Thankful!
Dr. Friedberg was great. He took his time to review my chart and go over my symptoms. He was very reasonable, professional and kind.
