NEVER, I MEAN NEVER get a car out this dealership. Dealer MIKE sold me this “2020 Land Rover discovery sport” $700/ month + $350/month insurance and just under 4 months of having the car? A coolant leakage that had me stranded for hours on the side of the highway and MISSED my scheduled work day (got written up still), coolant leakage also melted the serpentine belt, bad rotors, bad break pads, motor mount replacement, horrible tie rods, & all sensors. After a bit of research and test driving, I pleasantly found the choice of my new car with the Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. Additional update - talked directly to the service manager. According to the service manager, there is a 12,000 mile 'adjustment period.' Not sure where this comes from. As a buyer, we are told about 36K mile warranties, nothing about adjustment periods. The service manager also clearly stated that they are a franchise, and not Mazda. Any warranty issues should be taken up with Mazda. Not sure how this works with any warranty claims at this dealership. Bought a car from Scott mazda,Jacob was such a babe and that was the fastest buying experience ever!However,I have a bone of contention with the service department. Servicing my car with this dealership has been met with cold advancements especially with my recent issue with the infotainment.
