What an amazing experience at Scott Mazda! Additional update - talked directly to the service manager. According to the service manager, there is a 12,000 mile 'adjustment period.' Not sure where this comes from. As a buyer, we are told about 36K mile warranties, nothing about adjustment periods. The service manager also clearly stated that they are a franchise, and not Mazda. Any warranty issues should be taken up with Mazda. Not sure how this works with any warranty claims at this dealership. Alex, the manager, and George, the salesman, were phenomenal. They got straight to the point with no hustling, offering me a great deal without any pressure. This was easily the greatest in-person car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
Went to take a look at the CX-50 to compare them to the 70 and 90. Sandra was absolutely amazing. She let us take a look at all the models, answered our questions, and compared the pros for each model. She asked us what we were looking for in a car and how each model could fit our lifestyle.
