Alex, the manager, and George, the salesman, were phenomenal. They got straight to the point with no hustling, offering me a great deal without any pressure. This was easily the greatest in-person car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
The service department is the WORST. I purchased my Mazda in 2023 brand new. After its first oil change, I discovered huge gouges of paint missing, down to the body on the inside of the door. Called and the manager had me send pictures, which I did and it was fixed by them the next week which was awful getting a loaner and having to take time to run and get the car etc. fast forward to my forth oil change a little more than a week ago. I bought a Nissan Murano today and all I can say is this was the most amazing group of people to work with. Kevin Stitzel was a blessing to work with, instantly likable and made the entire experience relaxing and pleasurable.
