Additional update - talked directly to the service manager. According to the service manager, there is a 12,000 mile 'adjustment period.' Not sure where this comes from. As a buyer, we are told about 36K mile warranties, nothing about adjustment periods. The service manager also clearly stated that they are a franchise, and not Mazda. Any warranty issues should be taken up with Mazda. Not sure how this works with any warranty claims at this dealership. Last December, I contacted Scott 33 Mazda for a quote on a 2025 Mazda 3. I made it very clear that I wasn’t ready to buy until the following month — I just wanted numbers.
