Scott seems like a Great guy but I don't know if is because work load or what but he doesn't respond to text messages or e mails. I had to call and text several times due to an issue with two applications at the same time when I only applied for a Heloc. There was an issue with the identity system with my name that I didn't know about it until I called to resolve that issue I had to send documents to another person like if I was buying a new home. Other that that, pretty smooth

Scott was easy and pleasant to work with. Sometimes hard to get a hold of , as he was out of town and we had no way of knowing that . We would call and leave messages for a call back but get no response. Also send emails with no response. Some how need to have your system set up to let customers know he's out of town. Quinton also had no glue Scott was unavailable.

My overall experience was ok. The loan officer Scott was great in the onset of the origination and communication. Upon reaching the later phases of the process I never received and correspondence and neither did Scott return any of my emails or calls. The loan processor really toed the line and made what was a challenging process bearable. I would encourage Scott to hold to his response that he would always make himself available when needed otherwise thank you MOA. Best regards
