My overall experience was ok. The loan officer Scott was great in the onset of the origination and communication. Upon reaching the later phases of the process I never received and correspondence and neither did Scott return any of my emails or calls. The loan processor really toed the line and made what was a challenging process bearable. I would encourage Scott to hold to his response that he would always make himself available when needed otherwise thank you MOA. Best regards
