Dr. Raffa has performed two surgeries on me over the past 3 months. First was a cervical fusion 3 months later I had my third lumbar Fusion. Dr. Raffa fixed other surgeons mistakes and did a tremendous job on both of my surgeries. The staff at Cantor Spine Institute is top notch, highly professional. They treat you like a person not a patient. Dr Raffa and his staff have made this experience one I will never forget I highly recommend!!
Dr. Raffa and his entire team are wonderful. Very caring and attentive to every detail. Best care you could ever want. I had work done on C2-C7. I highly recommend them for your spinal needs.
From start to finish, Dr Raffa and his staff have explained every step of the process. They spent a lot of time explaining and then answering questions. Within a couple hours of the surgery I was walking and could do so upright. The pain I'd been experiencing for 2 years was reduced. I've had nothing but great followup from the entire team. Even the ICU Doctors and staff have been great. If you need lumbar stenosis surgery, this is the doctor and staff you want. If i could give a higher score i would.
The office mentality at Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute is clearly "patient first". Every single person who we had contact with was courteous, discreet, friendly and professional. Though Dr. Raffa did a superb job of diagnosing the problem, putting my husband on a fast track for extenuating problems, and performing a successful surgery, his support staff, (especially PA Alberto) were also integral to my husbands very good outcomes. We recommend everyone with "back problems" to Dr. Raffa and his team!
Im writing this from my hospital room after Dr Raffa performed surgery on my cervical spine yesterday. The experience from the referral to his practice, to the entire office staff, his PA Arturo, and, of course, Dr Raffa has been extraordinary. Communication throughout the surgery to my wife was appreciated. I’m looking forward to the healing process to have the success others have experienced.
