Scott was very thorough during my post- surgery checkup. He was very informative and answered my questions completely. I left the appointment feeling positive about my care. Very professional and friendly.
Scott and Dr. Pinto not only do good work, but are patient, kind, and respectful! This is very important in healthcare! Patients simply want to feel they are cared for and heard! Too many people in healthcare make you feel like a number! Continue this style! It works and leads to many future patients! Keep up the good work.
Scott Thompson and the rest of the staff are great. I highly recommend this practice and have told many about it. They were quick to get me in for an appt. I barely had time to sit in the waiting room when I was called. And I did not have to wait in the exam room at all.
Scott took the time to explain my injury and the healing process. He never makes me feel rushed and listens to any concerns and questions. Excellent follow-up care through my healing process.
