Dr.Tong has admirally functioned as my family physician for the past 16 years. He is timely in recieving me yet never rushs through the issue at hand. He is an excellent listener and treuly understands what you are comunicationg. I haqve always been very happy with his knowledge medical skills. Inshort, he is great.
We are so grateful to have found Dr Tong when we moved here from out of state. He is a real gem. He treats the whole person, listens to me as a patient. When we need to go to the ER he follows up with the hospital doctor. His referrals to specialists are terrific also.
Dr Tong is courteous, knowledgeable, caring and personable. I always feel that at every visit he makes my welfare his top priority and ensures I am clear and informed on all test results and findings. I never feel rushed or encouraged to have unnecessary tests. He is excellent at explaining his findings and his reasons for recommended follow up tests.
Just completed a follow up appointment on some blood work to monitor my condition. It was a FaceTime meeting which was very convenient since it didn't involve any office visit. I find this type of interaction preferable when your health problem does not require an office visit.
