It was a great. Dr. Tong has been our doctor for last 20 years. We followed him to his concierge practice and we were thrilled. The staff answers the phone right the way, they greet us when we arrived by our names. The waiting room was small but we were the only patients. Didn’t even have time to look at the magazines and we were brought into to the exam room. Dr. Tong came in within minutes and spend next 30 min just with me before proceeding to see my daughter, spent another 40 min with her, wow!
