We love having Dr. Tong as our personal concierge physician. He is always available and responds right away to any of our concerns. We highly recommend him.
Personable, takes his time, and is through. Very good focus on preventive medicine as well.

I have been with Dr Tong for over 15 years. He has always provided me with excellent care and treatment and is well acquainted with my medical history and keeps me up to date with current medical practices relating to my health. He has always been readily available for appointments and consultations. Dr Tong has also been a good source of referrals when I needed to see a specialist. I highly recommend him as a primary physician.
Dr Tong provides complete explanation of test results. and allows time for questions I may have. It is also reassuring to knowhe makes himself available 24/7 whenever a need arises.
I had a blood panel that showed my potassium as higher than normal. Dr. Tong suggested I redo the panel because during these blood draws some cells are broken down. I redid the blood panel with another phlebotomist and the potassium levels were normal. A younger less experienced doctor would have had me go thru loads of tests for my heart instead of this simple fix. I really appreciate his experience and expertise. He has been my physician for more than 15 years now. I trust him completely.
Dr. Tong has been my parents’ physician for 25 years. He is the most caring, knowledgeable doctor I’ve met. As a concierge doctor, he is only a phone call or text away, and gets right back to you! He provides excellent care, and helps you plan for your later years. Every specialist he has recommended has been a gem. This was especially helpful for my Father’s care in his last few years. Amazing!!! It was early Sunday morning, and I awoke to 103 degree fever for the third day. Now I am concerned, and send a txt to Dr. Tong during those early morning hours of Sunday. He responded! And quickly asked me about other symptoms, etc. His advice and guidance was just what I needed to begin feeling better. This is why I have been his patient for over 20 years: he is caring, responsive, and an excellent physician (meaning, I get better!).
Dr. Tong is a very caring and excellent medical doctor. He is readily available by phone even when traveling. Twice while we were traveling and became ill we called Dr. Tong and he was able to diagnose the problem and help us get what was needed to help us.He is a good listener and very personable. We feel very fortunate to be his patient.
