Dr. Tong takes his time to explain your visit as a patient. As an adult, never in a condescending way. He is friendly and gives you time to ask questions. He is available by text, e-mail and in office for questions as well as tele-med, all very convenient, with quick responses. His staff is very friendly and accommodating as well.

Excellent. Professional, proactive, and polite. Dr. Tong reviews your file before your visit and is “on top of things” during the visit. He is genuinely concerned and offers advice and suggests follow up. His office is extremely well run and the staff pleasant and proficient. He is really your quarterback.
