Dr. Tong is a very caring and excellent medical doctor. He is readily available by phone even when traveling. Twice while we were traveling and became ill we called Dr. Tong and he was able to diagnose the problem and help us get what was needed to help us.He is a good listener and very personable. We feel very fortunate to be his patient.
Dr. Tong is very thorough and really listens. He is highly knowledgeable and is up to date in many fields of medicine. In addition, he publishes a newsletter from experts in various medical disciplines to keep his patients up to date on diverse areas such as AI in healthcare which appeared in his most recent newsletter.
Never feel rushed, answers and explains every question in detail.
I was tired of being assigned to a new primary and then waiting months to get an appointment. Being shuffled in and out of waiting rooms and then feeling rushed when I finally got to see the doctor. Seems like the medical or insurance system pushes these doctors to see way too many patients per day and the quality of care has declined. That's why I searched for a concierge doctor. Informative, experienced and caring!
Always a pleasant experience seeing Dr. Tong and his staff. Appointments are easy to get, and the wait in the office is short, if any.Dr. Tong is very thorough and easy to talk with. We will be his patients for years.
My husband & I have been seeing Dr. Tong for years. He is very attentive , caring and is always there for us if we need him. His staff is very friendly and we can always get in to see Dr. Tong when we need to.

My 100 year-old mother is Dr. Tong's patient. It is always easy to get an appointment as well as to communicate with him by email to which he often responds by phone. He is caring and attentive as is his exceptional office staff. He is everything anyone could want in a primary care physician and more. I am so fortunate that my mother is in his very capable hands.
