Dr. Tong is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is thorough and takes time with his patients. He provides the care most people only dream about. He truly coordinates care with your other physicians.

I hesitated initially about the concierge model of paying an annual fee but Dr. Tong is worth every penny. I have entrusted my mother to his care and can relax knowing he is watching out for her even when I am not in town. During this time of Covid he monitors her health with virtual appointments at the RCFE where she now lives. He runs a tight ship but is very easy to talk with and his office staff is ever helpful. I recommend him highly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor Tong was willing to listen and was straight forward with his diagnosis.

I had a bad scare recently that made me appreciate Dr. Tong in a new way! Dr Tong was my advocate when some of my brain cells took a hike! In his usual customary way of being out to get to the botto m of the situation with all the tools at his disposal,The best of which is his knowledge and expertise, he pursues the evidence and is out to help you! His staff is superior in their knowledge,helpfulness, and patience!

I have been a patient of Dr. Scott Tong’s concierge practice for only about 6 months but have been overwhelmed by the level of service, attention, and professional care, I have received from Dr. Tong and his staff. During the recent Covid outbreak, Dr. Tong supported his patients by providing both rapid and PCR tests on site without long appointment times. This when you could not get any tests at the local pharmacies or without waiting in ridiculously long lines at a drive-thru clinic. Dr. Tong is always available to answer questions and address health concerns. He and his staff will go the extra mile to help patients get timely referrals to specialists.....and he only recommends the best specialists.

My husband was rushed to the ER late at night. Who shows up to attend to his needs and provide me comfort? Dr. Tong! One doesn't just visit him at his office; Dr. Tong cares for his patients any time and any where! He arranges specialists and stays in close contact with both the specialists and the patient's family.
