Informative, experienced and caring!
Always a pleasant experience seeing Dr. Tong and his staff. Appointments are easy to get, and the wait in the office is short, if any.Dr. Tong is very thorough and easy to talk with. We will be his patients for years.
My husband & I have been seeing Dr. Tong for years. He is very attentive , caring and is always there for us if we need him. His staff is very friendly and we can always get in to see Dr. Tong when we need to.
I have known Dr Tong for a long time. Deciding to join Dr Tong’s concierge practice has been the best decision my family has made. He sincerely cares about your health. He looks at what realistically you can do and what you can change based upon your lifestyle. I would highly recommend him.
My 100 year-old mother is Dr. Tong's patient. It is always easy to get an appointment as well as to communicate with him by email to which he often responds by phone. He is caring and attentive as is his exceptional office staff. He is everything anyone could want in a primary care physician and more. I am so fortunate that my mother is in his very capable hands.
I have been under Dr Tong’s great healthcare for years. Now he has open his own concierge medicine which provided another level of personal attention that we don’t get nowadays. He is always available for you when you need medical assistance. I was in Paris last week (10/15/22) and tested Covid positive, a text message to Dr Tong, instantaneous, I got the call from him and he made sure I have all the proper care and the medicine needed. I highly recommend Dr Tong to be your personal doctor.

Dr. Tong is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is thorough and takes time with his patients. He provides the care most people only dream about. He truly coordinates care with your other physicians.
I hesitated initially about the concierge model of paying an annual fee but Dr. Tong is worth every penny. I have entrusted my mother to his care and can relax knowing he is watching out for her even when I am not in town. During this time of Covid he monitors her health with virtual appointments at the RCFE where she now lives. He runs a tight ship but is very easy to talk with and his office staff is ever helpful. I recommend him highly.
