Dr. Tong and the entire staff, makes you feel comfortable and relaxed from the time you enter into their office space. Dr. Tong himself has an ability to provide immediate comfort from his greeting, to his initial questions toward your well being, and the reason for your visit. Dr. Tong takes time, ensuring excellent communication with noticeable personable concern, for your visit, and the service toward helping to get you what you need.
Dr. Tong is very thorough in his exams and listens to the needs of his patients. He doesn’t hesitate to refer you to a specialist and/or ordering tests, if needed. His bedside manner is great and he has an excellent staff. My husband and I have been his patients for years and have the utmost confidence in him.
I have been with Dr. Tong for decades. I still greatly appreciate his caring nature and medical expertise.
Dr. Tong is patient and provides the time needed to get to the bottom of your issue. I never feel rushed or just like a number but like a human being that is being cared for by another human being who truly cares about health outcome. His staff is also truly professional and friendly and make you feel like family when you walk in the door.
Dr. Scott Tong and staff are friendly and very thorough. Dr Tong spent 1.5 hours with me on our first virtual meeting! He truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Tong has been my primary physician for 18 years. He is caring, an excellent physician, and goes the extra mile (miles!) to make sure that my health is the best it can be! He is simply: the best!
What attention to detail! Dr. Tong cares about the whole person. He studiously evaluated my medications and what I really need to take. No doctor has ever done this. I cried at one blood test result and he thought he told me without more care. This just was not the case. He always talks with me not at me. I can't believe how lucky I am - finally - to have a doctor who cares and has great expertise. Great doctor.
