"I felt that I'm getting exactly what I need. Once I received and installed the system I realized that the NVR will not recognize my USB storage device. So I can't download video clips or snapshots. I called SCW and will try another USB storage device. If that doesn't work then I will have to send the NVR back for repair. But other than that I'm satisfied with the performance. "
