"Like the clear website, and choice explanations. Very helpful chat support. No mounting instructions in Warden Pro Dome camera or online. Had to play with it to figure best direction for mounting since there is a blind spot. No explaination of extra ring in box. I like instructions with product not having to find them. Product quality is very good. Information about installation and adjustment needs improvement."

"Great Customer service for pre--purchase information. Follow up with Bench Testing - everything worked right out of the box.. Tech Support remoted in and helped setup the NVR. I'm going to be installing in a hotel soon but have no doubt that all of the cameras will work above expectations. The bench test of the cam's showed great resolution at 1080p and no issues with recordings. I can't see my company using anyone else for cameras. Options and selection are spot on!
