I was very happy with the initial consultation regarding a custom camera system, but after that call it was a challenge to get replies from the consultant. I had to follow up multiple times (emails, voicemails) for each topic I requested assistance on. Upon receiving the equipment, the camera coverage was inadequate compared to what was discussed in the consultation, this will lead to a need to purchase additional cameras in order to provide the quoted coverage.
