Our salesperson Jennifer was amazing. So many choices of flooring but with her expertise, made it so much easier. She followed us back to our home for measurements right away and was such a pleasure to work with. The installers did an amazing job and since we were not there the neighbors told us how the girls work ethic was fantastic. They showed up early everyday and worked till 10 at night for 4 days. We worked with Jennifer on the purchase of luxury vinal plank flooring for multiple rooms (kitchen, laundry room, 1/2 bath, family room, and master bedroom and closet). We are extremely pleased with working with Jennifer, the quality of the flooring and the installation. Our installers were two young ladies, Carly and Riley. They were outstanding!!! Not only are they a very friendly & polite business that’s ready to help you in anyway possible, they are very efficient, on time & the work that was done was excellent. Also checked to Make sure we were completely satisfied. If you’re looking to Replace any of your flooring we highly recommend them!!
The installation was definitely professional, they were there two days, came on time when they said, cleaned up when they were done each day each day and were professional. They advised us of what they were doing. Overall the job came out very good. Our only concern was when we received the final invoice. There was a small difference with what we expected. Don was very knowledgeable & so easy to work with. His instillation crew were professional and did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. Just had our 3 bedrooms carpeted & love it!
