Very Clean, beautiful grounds & very nice and professional property manager I had a very short time frame in order to look for a new place to live. My two cents on my apt. Located only minutes away from the beach, Sea pines apartments is one of the city's best kept secrets. The rooms are very spacious and are very affordable peaceful and quiet with well kept amenities and a few clicks away from Hiltop shopping center the interstate and so much more to keep you grounded and feeling at home.

Poor management and outdated apartments Just to start moving in was a nightmare. Laura the property manager didn’t even walk us to our apartment. We had absolutely no clue where it was located. We weren’t able to see a unit before moving in other than the one that was completely torn apart and had contractors in it. We needed up locked out of our apartment because we weren’t told not to lock our bottom lock when leaving. The apartment was extremely dirty when we moved in and several things needed to be fixed.
