Hi! I had the privilege of working with the executives of this bank and NOT ONE OF THEM would allow me to give them Hilton’s star treatment . I’m very sad to see how this bank has just gone down hill since seacoast took over.. I’ve been with this bank over 10 years Started with Florida citizens, Drummond and now the poorest of all SEACOAST! I’ve watched the asst manager belittle his employees curse in front of me while I was in the bank. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS!! The customer service has disappeared. Seacoast Bank and all the fabulous staff have been wonderful from the first transaction. As I have been with them for years I can walk in and be greeted by name. If there has ever been the slightest concern they are right there with help and answers. I am extremely happy with them and can recommend them completely.
This branch of SeaCoast Bank,at 2811 SW 27th avenue in Ocala, is amazing!! All the staff are exceptional, Amber, Kaitlyn, Chloe, Carol, Jacqueline, Veronica and Lenny. Customer service is their goal and they do an incredible job!! I highly recommend if you are looking for exceptional customer care!!! This bank used to be called Drummond Community and it was the best bank in the history of banking . Unfortunately they got bought out by Seacoast , and I had no say on this transition. Not that I feel entitled to a say in the day to day of their business, however,I am entitled to be a valued customer. I went from HIGHLY RECOMMENDING Drummond,to being forced into Seacoast bankings protocol/policy/business aspects.
