I literally came in for them to endorse a check and the manager merely had to put the bank stamp to endorse the check. Due to his lack of knowledge and competency he made me go through hoops to merely put their stamp on the check. The manager of the branch needs training on customer service. Fortunately the attendee was smart enough and competent to merely complete the task and I was able to be on My way. Overpaid manager that sits in his office that doesn't try to find solutions. This bank charges a $7 for cash a check drawn in their name! I’ve never heard of such a thing in my life! Note to customers who Would open an account, customers of yours don’t appreciate being a charged a fee to cash a check you sent them!!! 0 stars for this bank. I’d never open an account here. Also, teller was super rude and tried to tell me policies of over banks she doesn’t even work at, which are incorrect.
