The Mrs.here.Paid off a loan last month ,16 months early.Got no zero balance statement this month,no pay off statement,no deed paid off.Checked online for satisfaction filed with county...nothing.Called loan officer...they don't send anything but she would check.Said there is a $25 fee for paying early but they would wave it and file paid with county.If we owed,should there not be a bill sent?So it just compiles and doesn't show we own our property?Then what?What if I didnt follow up?Very unprofessional and sneaky.
I have been banking with this Seacoast branch for many years and the staff is always so polite and helpful. Anytime I have an issue as long as it isn’t major it gets resolved quickly.

The place has high ceilings and nice lighting. Staff are intuitive.
Have been banking with Drummond/Seacoast for many year's.. I can go to any Seacoast and cash my payroll check..go to Trenton and the Older women (has been there for year's)at the drive thru has been rude and tells me I can't cash it..Must deposit...but her friends come up she's all smiles and sugar...she is another reason I happily closed my account and went to Radiant 😘
