I am very happy with the service I get on the Kendall Branch with the personalized attention of Adriana, Eddie, Betty and Gina. I LOVE this Branch they are definitely the reason why I stay in this bank.
If you can avoid them, please do. They are a terrible bank, provide no solutions and make your small issues even bigger. Terrible customer service, abysmal internal communication. Nothing good to highlight.
