John! What a great employee you have in him. Customer service is top notch. So professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. Spoke with him over the phone first on a Friday. Dealt with him that Saturday thru the drive thru and couldn't be happier with the service he provided both times. We love this bank. Never had a major problem with our account that they couldn't resolve. Customer service representative John Elgin is the most professional, helpful, and friendly bank representative I've ever worked with.
