Joseph Greeley at the Delray Beach Branch of Seacoast Bank is the best. We moved all our accounts to Seacoast Bank, and I feel like I am with an old-fashioned bank that treats you like family. I am so grateful to bank here and get so well taken care of. I have all my personal and business accounts there and couldn't be happier. I was with PNC for 20 years and no one even knew my name. I recently opened a new account. I am AMAZED at the quality customer service and outstanding friendliness of both Censera and Cassandra. I highly recommend this bank on Fifth Ave in Delray. Locals should all bank here!!!
I love this bank! This Seacoast Bank epitomizes the neighborhood bank concept. Aside from the professionalism of the manager and employees, they are all also responsive, knowledgeable, caring, incredibly helpful, and truly go the extra mile. They actually return ‘phone calls. Bank here! You’ll feel as though you’re with friends. Great location and easy parking.
Mr. Greeley always provides excellent service. The reason I am a Seacoast customer is because I stopped by for help making a deposit to someone that was a Seacoast customer. Mr. Greeley was so helpful, I moved my accounts to Seacoast. It's a big bank with small town bank service.
Joe is very professional and very knowledgeable him and his staff are very welcoming. I go out of my way to do business with this specific branch just so I can do business with Joe this way. I know everything is done. It is done correctly and if I have any questions, he is always there to help. This is my favorite branch.
