the new manager Michelle is such a sweetheart!! she deserves a raise! also i used to work for Seacoast lol
Submitting a complaint to the FCC for Seacoast has not allowed me to transfer money which is processing and instead immediately charging me overdraft of $35.00. I have also had a problem with a fraud charge and talking to customer service twice one each day who are not well trained in reversing the charge causing me numerous overdrafts and charges not going through. I am slowly changing my account to my other checking account Bank of America a nationally known bank which I can manage my account better.
