They are awful in so many ways. If we were not close to the end of our SBA loan we would move to another bank. Another thing to add to the long list of negatives: recently when I dropped off our SBA business loan payment I was told that I now need to provide an ID. I need to give you identification to pay you? After 21 years, now you need identification? I cannot wait until our loan is over with this banking institution. I have been at seacoast Bank in Sanford Florida the people there are curious especially kayla carlson this woman needs a pay raise this woman also needs to be head of command over there because she is outstanding courteous prompt and she takes her job personal and I recommend her I would like for you to give her a shout out somehow to phone no watches please
