Just opened checking and CD accounts. Both ladies I dealt with were kind, pleasant and knowledgeable. They made it so easy to become a customer.

Our experience with Seacoast has been amazing. We were in a very time sensitive situation and needed a loan from Seacoast. Patrona Egan, AVP Banking Center Manager handled everything in the most efficient and caring way. She offered us available options when we thought there weren't any. Patrona called us back promptly when we needed urgent answers, or if she needed additional information. When she received the information requested, she closed the loan the same day. The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with. I could spend days with the incidents of incompetence .. but not going to waste my time . Herer are some of the examples of stupidity. .. Since i didnt use my atm card for 3 months they put a hold on it and didn't tell me . I tried to switch my account to a different account when visiting the branch and they said there was a hour wait because there was no one there to help me . I recently took a loan to buy a motorcycle, I had a significant downpayment to place on the bike. I was told that I would have to give the bank the downpayment and they would combine my payment with the loan amount and they would pay the dealership. I discussed it with the dealer and they agreed to move forward after speaking with the bank. Well we are two and a half weeks later and the dealership has yet to get paid. Terrible service. I tried to exchange a damaged dollar bill here but they refused to do so because I was not an account holder. I informed them due to this incident, I never plan to be. I went to the bank next door who happily obliged my request despite my lack of an account there , either.
