I have been with Seacoast Bank since 1995. At both branches that I have been a customer, I have had excellent service. They have been there for me when I have needed assistance. I recommend both the Fort Pierce and the Jensen Beach branch of Seacoast Bank. Jessie Patterson

LOVE the bank an coastal feel. Only two Cons; only one. Their checks are ugly and have room for a more natural/coastal choice.
My landlord uses Seacoast like I do. Once a monh I go to the bank and write a check from my account to hers....easy peasy. Nope, for the last 2 months, "the back office" made a mistake. I've been with Seacoast over 15 years..

This is not directed to any one particular location . Its directed to corporate Seacoast. Seacoast used to be a great hometown bank and treated there customers like family. Now they are nickel and diming us just like the rest of the big banks! Check your accounts people! I started a savings account for my grandson $500 it is now $456. from all the new fees. They also, mailed me something that was returned and they charged me because they had the wrong address. TWICE! I asked the woman how this could be a savings account... read more

They use to be a great local bank, with great local service. Unfortunately they have deteriorated over the last year starting with the changeover of their mobile banking system. Customer service although friendly (on script) is virtually ineffective. it is a shame to see a great local institution loose so much of what made them great in the past. Enough is enough. Looking for a new bank.
I am giving seacoast two stars because I have had good experiences with them until they hired Bonnie one of their tellers. Bonnie is an absolute pain to deal with. I don't have an account with seacoast but my landlords do and they live out of state. Everything has been fine and I was able to make deposits easily and without hassle prior to Bonnie.
