I went into the Hobe Sound Branch on Wednesday to investigate securing a small loan for a weekend, convertible car that I'm buying. I worked with Helena Dumich. Helena initially informed me that Seacoast Bank would not be able to loan money for a 2005 Toyota MR2 Spyder with 56,000 original miles, due to the age of the vehicle. I had a horrible experience today thanks to Connor and Mrs. Hunter. If it weren’t for being on a tight schedule, I would have opened an account—but after dealing with their poor attitude and lack of professionalism, I’ve decided against it. A few months ago I was looking for an option to park my money because Chase wasn’t paying any interest at all. I came to seacoast looking for a money market account and I was told they will treat me as family. They offer me a money market account at 4% interest. Easily the worst bank I have ever banked with in my entire life. It took me a month to get my card after signing up with them after calling the bank to figure out what the problem with my card was they told me I only had a dollar in my bank account and that I shouldn’t be worried about my card. This Local Hobe Sound Branch is full of amazing team members. Lindsay is the branch Manager that is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to satisfy clients. Her team members bank tellers follow right along and extremely congenial. I have worked with many banks but this is far superior assisting in any way they can. Their loan department , Kelly Sweet she goes above and beyond her duties. We love this bank and we are treated with the most upmost respect. Thank you to Seacoast Bank.
