Where do I begin?.....I cannot say enough about the EXCEPTIONAL customer service I received from Natalie S. at this Seacoast Bank location. I had a very stressful situation involving an account that had been closed by my cousin, who is also on the account, and Natalie immediately made it her priority to help me get everything resolved. For three straight days, Natalie worked diligently to resolve the issue from beginning to end. She helped get the account reopened and worked to intercept funds so they would not be rejected.... read more
