Totally irresponsible custody of customer funds. Bank allowed unauthorized ACH of unusually large amounts (10k twice) plus a 2k transfer which resulted in an overdraft ( which is not authorized). Transfers made to entity our 55+ community has never dealt with. Bank is hiding behind a "10 day notification" rule and has refused to supply association request as to who requested the transfer. Worst bank EVER. They charge fees left and right, they bought my hometown bank who never charged that many fees, i mean even for an international transaction. I close my accounts there. Another bank states they ACH'ed a little over $5k to my now closed account, i need a letter stating its closed. They were suppose to secure email me, never did, i called, not able to get a live person at the branch (they offered i come in and get the paper in person, but my hours of work will not allow for that) so was transferred to their co... read more
