If I could give it zero I would. First off I walk in there with my brand new card and tell the bank teller I don’t have the pin that came in the mail separately she throws the keyboard over at me doesn’t ID check me doesn’t ask my name or date of birth Asks me to input a pin then gives me my card and I’m on my merry way. I’m glad it was quick but that’s not very secure if you ask me. Then you go to use the card and it doesn’t work call customer service to get some help and they’re rude and snarky. I will be moving banks. Ever since they converted to Seacoast, my husband and I have both received multiple notifications from them that someone is trying to log into our online banking. When we address it with the bank, they have told us that it is just an error message and our account is fine. I have not felt very confident with that answer and have been looking around at other banks, but the next part is really the straw that broke the camel's back. They are very rude didn’t help us for 10 minutes while they were clearly avalible,then said go ask someone at the other table for help when done she didn’t even look at us and said no im in the middle of something right now,very rude since the switch with very poor customer service
Update: The president reached out and took care of all my concerns and needs. Still don't recommend talking to people in the call center. Just hang up and call back until you get a person in the bank. This is 1 star higher than deserved. This buy out has been terrible. You can't even call the main number and get through to someone in the bank. It connects to a call center with people who barely speak English.
