I needed help today and it was taken care with great customer service. Brownwood kept the Popcorn 🍿 machine in Bank. HIP HIP HURRAY Thank you Seacoast Bank.
I’m telling ya. This was not a good exchange citizens first vs seacoast. I find tellers rude. It took 5 people to get a simple withdrawal made in drive in today. I spent 20 min in line. Inside closed. I too am going to leave this bank
I give this new bank a chance and there's nothing that I like about it except for the old employees. I'm finding that it takes forever for something to post like money transfers , deposits , et cetera. Just had at least eight items that just now posted officially after five days of waiting. There are other things that I won't get into.
All the personnel are wonderful
