No online support. There is a link for support from within your account but it goes to nothing, no email address no phone number. You have to visit bank in person. That SUCKS for busy people!!!!!!

Run, don't walk, away from this bank. Customer service is awful, the app is worse, and no one seems to know the answer to anything. Long wait times for assistance, and then transfers all over. If I didn't have a really low mortgage rate, I would quit this bank in a heartbeat. If I could give them a "no stars" review, I would.
