Terrible experience with bill pay. Money is not necessarily sent electronically, it depends on their third party, so who knows when a payment will be received and posted. Two weeks for one of my payments and the other is coming up on two weeks. I've never been late on a payment until now. Customer service was great but not reliable for bill pay
