I love Citizen's First Bank. They have great customer service and they have proven to me many times that they are always there when you need them.
I recently moved all my money out of a large national bank which engages in some offensive investments and has a rather cavalier attitude about what information they will readily share about their customers. Everything went smoothly on my visit to this branch, both with a manager, and at the counter. Folks were friendly and efficient. I am delighted to have my funds in a local institution.
Everything always went smoothly with Citizen's. Went into this branch of Seacoast because my CD had rolled over, to add some money to it. Desk employee Ali made a train wreck out of it, and turned what had always been a fast in and out into a lengthy nightmare. She tells me I am all set and puts on the desk paper with the numbers all wrong. Turns out she had reversed the request, and instead of adding money to the CD from the checking, AS SHE REPEATED BACK TO ME, she instead pulled it out of the CD and put it into the ch... read more
