My husband and and I had the pleasure of meeting with Kenton Moore today to open a new account with Citizens First Bank. Mr Moore was calm and friendly with excellent customer service skills. My husband and I both said this was the most enjoyable interaction at a bank we've ever had. Thank you Kenton.
Have been banking here since arriving in The Villages. The professionalism and friendliness of the staff is refreshing. On a recent visit, April 6, the friendliness of Bank Teller Marilyn and Greeter Becky reminded us of how kindness matters.
Checked the website for hours of operation. Website says it opens at 9:00 AM. Drove to the bank at 9:00 AM It’s Closed. Sign on door says it opens at 9:00 AM. It’s now 9:56. Still closed and locked. Website now says “OPEN”. Still closed and locked. At least 30 other people have tried to enter. To NO avail! I called the # and got no answer. If they’re not going to open the should put a sign in the door or a notice on the website. Wasting my valuable time!
