This bank took over Citizens Bank. They promised transparency . Far from the reality. Bills were not paid, and contacting them was impossible. Our account was wiped out with a scammer, over $97K, and they insinuated it might have been us. After filing a police report and pressure they refunded the money. We will definitely move our money as we have no faith in this bank.
