Very friendly and efficient staff. They made me feel welcome. I opened a new account that went smoothly as well
I visited the bank as a non-customer and had the worst experience ever. Christine was the teller and she was all smiles until she found out I did not have an account and then she turned very unprofessional and delivered terrible customer service. For example, she kept complaining about having to make me an account to deposit bonds into and then she did not want to help look up the price of my saving bonds. Eventually an associate next to her offered to look one up, but after that Christine wouldn’t look up any others for me ... read more
Terry was so helpful and pleasant to work with opening a new account . I'm not very good with the Internet stuff but she helped me through it all.
Always a good experience. Friendly tellers and staff and quick staff. Clean and bright inside too. A great banking experience.
