I was 14 years with citizens first and I loved that bank. Since seacoast has taken over my deposits are now being held for 24hrs? Not at all happy! Looking for a new bank
The accounts should be listed with the deposit accounts first and then the CDs. Currently I have to scrolled down all of the CDs before I get to the deposit accounts to see my balances. Also there use to be a total values of the all CDs and all deposits. Would be helpful if the CDs were listed in the order of renewal dates.
I would leave a negative star if I could. On line banking is a joke. They closed my original ATM card that I had with Citizens but never replaced it. They have excuse after excuse and they don't have a clue what happened. With a business that has been in business for over 100 years, you would think they would have a clue. Go back to Citizens Bank. This is horrible. Whomever made this decision needs to be fired!!
Seacoast is such a disappointment.
