Time and time again, I can't access my account online and/or through the app. As I write this review, I can't do anything with my account again on either platform. The website says they are having issues, and the app says I don't have an account. After seeing that on the app, I called and verified my account was OK, but still, I am not able to do any transactions or check any balances.
