Very nice place! Always clean and friendly. They help you understand financial matters even if it doesn’t make the bank money. The company is what gets 4 stars, not this location. I would give the location 5 stars. I’m very nervous about the merger.
I applaud Melissa Ouelette and the staff at this Citizens First Bank branch. We had a difficult issue and her and her staff handled it very well. It’s comforting to know that we are part of a great hometown banking family. We have been customers for 19 years and would not consider any other bank.
Yesterday, I was harassed and accused of being a fraud criminal by Assistant Manager Melissa Ouellette for attempting to wire money from an extended family members account while they were there with me. She allowed her personal feelings, judgements and unfounded biases of my character to first attempt to flat out DENY me the wire. 2 hours later, she was satisfied enough with her questioning and digging and my insistence to do her job and complete the transfer.
