Friendly staff. Efficient and helpful. Seacoast is one of the top 100 largest banks in the US. Hopefully they are able to retain that small town atmosphere/services as Citizens Bank in Lady Lake, Fl did. Good luck Seacoast-We in the Villages are rooting for you!! T. Edwards

I have not yet been to any of their branches after having been forced into Seacoast when they purchased Citizens First from the Villages.Their bill pay services are terrible and some of our bills were not getting paid on time. If you want to use their bill pay services you need to give them a long lead time and hope for the best. Also their app, while functional, needs some work
I had an issue with a $50.00 bill failing the counterfeit pen test at Publix upon check-out. Knowing that I got the bill at the Seacoast Bank in Spainish Plains, I met with Bank Manager Theresa Radcliff. She was totally awesome. She was very understanding by not discounting my concerns, she took the bill into the back room, did an evaluation and informed me that the bill was over 70 years old which is why it did not pass the current methods of counterfeit testing.
