The entire process was a breeze...from check-in to final instructions. The staff was outstanding. My assistant was Betsy and she was phenomenal! I would highly recommend this center to anyone! Dr. Viehman was phenomenal also and explained everything he was doing the entire process! He is very skilled and knowledgeable in his field!
Getting a scary diagnosis is stressful. Dr. Viehman is exceptional and his kind, professional staff reflects that as well. I was immediately put at ease with my many questions patiently addressed. The procedure went exactly as explained. Notable beyond how well the staff treats patients is how they collaborate and help each other. The entire office exudes positive energy and kindness. I went from unease and dread to calm understanding that I was in Good Hands.
My appointment for MOHS surgery was as pleasant of an experience as I could hope for. From checking in to the preparing for the surgical procedure, I was treated with professional, caring staff that went to extra efforts to be sure I was informed of what to expect and made sure I was comfortable and pain free. Everyone at this practice has superb customer service skills. They made me feel like royalty. From the front desk when I checked in, to Lexi explaining my surgery to me and treating me with upmost respect. Dr. Viehman is an amazing surgeon. Would recommend their practice 1000 percent!!!!!!!!
I've had 4 procedures done at Sea Coast Skin Surgery. I have nothing but good to say about their office. From the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Viehman all are very respectful and professional. My surgeries have been pain free with excellent final outcomes.
