Sean did exactly what he said he would do in the time-frame is said he would!!! He explained everything that would happen and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. He made this transaction as a pleasure and he is a pleasure to work with. If there were documents required, he explained everything that allowed to understand what we needed.

I called Sean last minute because my first lender was dragging his feet. He had us ready to put an offer on our out-of-town dream house in a little more than 24 hours. He also had patience with our unique situation, took responsibility for his own slip ups, and had everything ready to go in time for closing. Communication was excellent.

Sean is an amazing mortgage lender. I was so thankful he reached out to me on refinancing my house went from a 30 yr.- 15 yr. I am so Grateful for all his help on making this run smoothly for me. I work 3 rd shift, which he had to work around my goofy schedule. But was extremely happy locking into a very low interest rate!

We talked to others lenders before him that was referred by a close friend and did not get the same deal Sean was able to give us. Plus he replies to you quickly and answers your questions in an way that is easy to understand- my husband and I were first home buyers and this process is very new to us. I highly recommend him.

Me and my fiance were both first time homebuyers and had a hard time (over a year actually) finding a lender who showed the slightest interest in us until i came into contact with sean. Sean Hutto with on q financial got us pre approved quickly and gave us the loan we needed to get a house more then we dreamed we would have as first time home buyers. He answered any of my dumb questions and made an overall stressful process very simple. I would recomend him anyday

Sean is seriously the best and I’m so thankful that he was the one that helped me get my mortgage. he took the time to go over everything with me, always got back to me right away with questions that I had, I work crazy hours but he always made time to help me out. He’s seriously the best and if I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend him!!

Sean was great to work with! He was very proactive in giving us information. He made sure to explain things precisely and made sure we understood what was being presented to us. He also gave us great advice so we could get the best rates. I have to admit, we weren't 100% on board with doing things electronically, but Sean made it very easy and made us comfortable with texts, calls and emails.
