I have lived here at Seaside Harbor apartments since the very first day it was open for business back in 2018 it is a beautiful building and a great location as with many new things it’s a building full of new people getting to meet each other and working out all the kinks to have a great functioning building we have had a few apartment managers and maintenance staff and some really great ones but I would like to specifically mention Julia Dancy Who is the leasing manager she is so kind hearted greets you with a smile and assists and goes above and beyond her duties I have been so blessed and grateful and since Julia has arrived on board she has been a shining light bringing positive attitudes and making a difference in the quality of service and how the apartments I run she takes care of concerns immediately and always follows up I am just so grateful to have her here as I feel comfortable that all things are being run smoothly under her management today I asked her for some assistance and she graciously took the time to help me as she always does I certainly think that Seaside did a great thing when they hired Julia Dancy. Along with Julia we also have a great maintenance staff Tiko who has been great since the day he arrived he is a hard-working young man very pleasant and always has a smile. Tiko goes above and beyond and is a very dedicated employee it is a joy to see and run into him on the apartment grounds always keeping our home in great shape with Julia and Tiko as a team it really makes living at Seaside Harbor a Joy if ever we have a problem it is sure to be addressed and as a previous resident has mentioned they are a no nonsense run property, they do not allow foolishness. We have great residents here, many who have lived here since the day it open and Seaside values having good residents. When we have residents who do not follow rules and are unruly, our amazing team does not let it slide any problems are addressed and handled accordingly, and I truly appreciate that and it makes me feel safe in my environment. I truly do love living at the oceanfront so thank you Seaside harbor apartments for hiring such an amazing team with Julia and Tiko

I met with Julia Dancy at Seaside Harbor today to fill out an application for an apartment and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. She was kind, friendly and a great help. The facility is spotless, warm and friendly. I'm really looking forward to moving in, it's a wonderful place with amazing staff.
