I had a wonderful experience with Seattle Jaw Surgery. Dr. Bobek, MD, is an amazing surgeon. I am now about six weeks post-op from double jaw surgery, and everything is going well. Andrea, PA, has been fantastic, offering helpful tips during our follow-up visits. I want to specifically mention Al for her incredible work. I was running late and I called and they were lovely and said no problem. I arrived and was greeted by 3 lovely women. I was taken quickly by a charming assistant. The doctor showed up very soon and spent plenty of time with me. We had a good discussion and came to a decision together on how to proceed. My procedure is scheduled for Friday, not months from now. Bravo Dr Bobek and team .
The surgery went pretty smooth, but I would definitely NOT recommend anyone go there because of their horrible billing department. Endless bills with errors, delayed refund and unable to even explain their own bills. Worst experience ever. Go there if you are looking for trouble.
consultation went great, the surgeon spent an hour explaining everything in detail to me, which I didn't expect. I'm so glad to have a professional who believes in my pain and we have a plan going forward
This was my first meeting with Dr. Bobek for my MRI follow up and he couldn’t have been more informative or patient with the hundreds of questions I had to ask. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what’s going on, and the best course of action for me. I didn’t feel rushed at all. And all the front desk staff and scheduling staff was incredible as well.
