I had a great experience with Second Specs. It was recommended by a friend, and their prices were very reasonable. The quality of both the frames and lenses is excellent — definitely value for money. I received the invoice immediately as a soft copy, and they kept me updated on when my order would be ready for pickup.

Absolutely the worst. Not sure where the problem is, the technician or their lab, but they couldn't get the glasses right. Returned to the lab 3 times! Still not right. Refused to refund me. Can't see a dam thing. Run. Do not get your glasses here. If I could give zero stars I would. They will take your money but not give you useable glasses. They even blamed my optometrist for giving the wrong prescription so I went back to her and it is right. She said the bifocal is way too high on the lens. They just can't make a simple ... read more

Bernice was very accommodating and friendly, even though I’m picky about choosing the frame. She helped me well. They also accept direct billing.

Excellent service and good selection of frames. Well trained staff. Have bought my last 3 pairs of glasses from them and will go back again. A mistake was make with my last glasses and they corrected it fast and are very polite. Thanks

Great customer service. May was very nice, professional and helpful. She helped my wife and I pick out sunglasses. Highly recommend it.
