Do NOT use this florist!!! I ordered a $100 flower arrangement through FTD.com and this was the florist they selected. The flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday...they sent an email to me saying the flowers had been delivered WHEN THEY WERE’NT.....then they lied and said they delivered the arrangement but the recipient wasn’t home (which was a lie) then when the arrangement finally arrived the next day it was nothing like what I ordered. My mother passed away and cousins sent flowers. What a disappointment! I was embarrassed for my cousins. The white roses were brown and dead in the middle, and the pedals were falling off. The white long stemmed flowers on the sides were actually shriveled up. The greenery had already started turning yellow. To make matters worse, I called FOUR times, each time being told someone would return my call ... I’m STILL waiting days later! I would not recommend this florist unless you want to be embarrassed.
