My experiences with Cya was very good. Customer service was a 10 out of 10. They answered all my questions and took care of my problem. Thank you so much.
Due to fraud, I've been in contact with SECU a number of times even in the past week, service has always been kind and compassionate over situations out of my control. i've been with SECU over twenty years and have no thoughts of changing.
There were two things that we did not expect at this ATM. First, we got all $50 bills which we did not request. We assumed the machine was out of $20 bills. Also, we could not get a receipt as it said it was not available.
Tellers and Customer Representatives, are always courteous and attentive to my needs, in a timely fashion.
It's always a good experience. The reps are knowledgeable and froendly.
