I had to get a replacement debit card because I could not locate my last one, and the only site near me was the one in Clarksville, just about 20 miles away. Reluctantly, I agreed to go there. I was desperate. Was not sure about the city, location of the bank, efficiency and the reception I would get. When I drive up, I was pleasantly surprised. Changed from another CU. Not very good so far. Zero communication and road blocks. Looking like I made a mistake.
Very disappointed with the service I received at this location. Ayanna Day-Ross didnt have a very nice demeanor while helping me. She lied to my face about company policy. I left the branch unsatisfied but was able to call customer service and got the matter resolved in less than 5 minutes. However, the lady that greeted me at the door was very nice.
We use SECU for both business and personal accounts and enjoy the friendly virtual tellers we see almost everyday. We are looking forward to the credit union expanding its business services.
