I had to get a replacement debit card because I could not locate my last one, and the only site near me was the one in Clarksville, just about 20 miles away. Reluctantly, I agreed to go there. I was desperate. Was not sure about the city, location of the bank, efficiency and the reception I would get. When I drive up, I was pleasantly surprised. We use SECU for both business and personal accounts and enjoy the friendly virtual tellers we see almost everyday. We are looking forward to the credit union expanding its business services.
SECU is a wonderful bank to bank with. I have been banking with them now for 2 years. Customer service is great, lines are never long when you enter to speak with someone or to even use the ATM machine. They always keep you updated on new services & promotions through email for you to take advantage of.
I decided to go to a different location to see if customer service would be better. I went to secu out Clarksville. I love everything about it. The employees were so nice & friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Kuddos to all the staff that worked on 7/31/23. Phenomenal service!!
Great experience, warm people who care about helping their members. They even gave my son a pair of cute sunglasses he still wears. Would recommend!
