I had to get a replacement debit card because I could not locate my last one, and the only site near me was the one in Clarksville, just about 20 miles away. Reluctantly, I agreed to go there. I was desperate. Was not sure about the city, location of the bank, efficiency and the reception I would get. When I drive up, I was pleasantly surprised. I decided to go to a different location to see if customer service would be better. I went to secu out Clarksville. I love everything about it. The employees were so nice & friendly. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Kuddos to all the staff that worked on 7/31/23. Phenomenal service!!

SECU is a wonderful bank to bank with. I have been banking with them now for 2 years. Customer service is great, lines are never long when you enter to speak with someone or to even use the ATM machine. They always keep you updated on new services & promotions through email for you to take advantage of.
