I've always been pleased with SECU, and the people that manage the Lavale branch are great, HOWEVER, the lobby hours are terrible. Every time I think to myself, "maybe I have enough time to run to the bank", it closes before I can get there. I use mobile banking for most of my needs, but the few things that require a physical trip to the bank always get delayed for months because of this issue.
A++ and five stars for an excellent experience with SECU and this branch in particular. Ms. Nelson opened an account for me and couldn't have been more proficient, kind, and courteous. While I was there several customers came in and they were each assisted in a caring and customer-first manner. Kudos!
