I've been a member since 1998. Over the years, I've had my cards stolen, illegal purchases made and an occasional deposit issue. They have ALWAYS taken great care of me and made things right. Being a member here feels like family. I would highly recommend an account here!

I am married but keep my own money at Secu - inheritance etc. I have always found the employees professional and helpful. They are always pleasant and respectful. She me of them. Actually recognize me - which in the old age of ATMs is impressive!

Im going to leave a 5 star review because I don't want to damage this locations ratings, But I really wish they at least were open for a few hours on Saturdays because with my work schedule I will never be able to stop in during the week because they close so early. Unfortunately this may cause me to have to switch who I bank with. I just bought a house in lavale & this is the only secu location within reasonable distance.

I've always been pleased with SECU, and the people that manage the Lavale branch are great, HOWEVER, the lobby hours are terrible. Every time I think to myself, "maybe I have enough time to run to the bank", it closes before I can get there. I use mobile banking for most of my needs, but the few things that require a physical trip to the bank always get delayed for months because of this issue.
