Been with secu for a decade and this is hands down the worst location. There is only ever like 1 person working at a time. If you need any kind of walk in service, just drive to the frederick location.
The gentleman at the front counter seemed lovely. His overseer (presumably named Karen) was not. After banking at this location for over fifteen years, I will gladly take my dolla dolla bills elsewhere.
Not having real tellers make this whole process a real pain.. connecting to them through a phone for a virtual experience is unacceptable are we in jail? . 😂 This makes the whole process last too long .. this along is making me move my business somewhere else.. Good Luck y'all
This credit union is terrible. I was trying to get CD rates and I got bounced from voicemail to voicemail. No real person. My bank Truist will answer the telephone and actually talk to you. Time to change.
