I've always had a FANTASTIC experience when I walk into the office and the property is always clean.
The place was clean, never had issues getting in or out. Location was near by and convenient as well.
Rented a space last Saturday...no problem, everything done online which was great. Tried to access storage the following day...code invalid...office closed. Had arranged for movers to deliver items to storage on Tuesday...when I arrived at 0845 code invalid...office closed until 0930 (who goes to work at 0930 anyway?), in the meantime I have movers waiting in a truck @ $150 an hour. I guess you could say I should have checked office hours...perhaps, but again, why would it not be reasonable to think that a place of business ... read more
